Our story
For Domus+, Made in Italy is more than a label. It means respecting craft, valuing quality and taking the time to make things properly.
That Italian foundation opens naturally to the world. Domus+ welcomes talented people, ambitious projects and meaningful partnerships from every culture and discipline.
The idea began long before the company. Carlo Piras Lo Presti grew up watching his father, Ing. Tonino Piras, build a career across engineering, architecture and construction. A self-made civil engineer, he created work for hundreds of people and remained deeply generous to those around him.
Carlo's sister, Annacaterina Piras, is a landscape architect and co-founder of LWCircus. Her international academic network connects Domus+ with research, sustainability expertise and philanthropic partners around the world.
The team
Co-founder · Network & Commercial Direction
Carlo has spent thirty years working across fashion, retail and wholesale in Florence, London and Amsterdam. His network was built one relationship and one project at a time. With Sardinian roots, a European outlook and a family connection to architecture and design, he now brings that commercial experience to Domus+.
Co-founder · Creative & Craft Direction
Andrea is self-taught and self-made, with a creative language built from the ground up. Confimea Academy appointed him Ambassador of Italian Luxury and Design in the World and Delegate for Relations with the European Parliament. His work includes private residences, penthouses, yacht interiors, spas and showrooms across Monaco, Paris, New York, Dubai, London and Milan.
Operations Director
Sergio leads day-to-day operations at Domus+, coordinates the collective and oversees the company's digital presence, including this website.
